E sem ovos, hein gente!&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;&lt;/tbody&gt;&lt;/table&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caso queira, (porque esse bolo não é muito doce) faça uma calda de chocolate bem simples:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/4 de xícara de Cacau em Pó&lt;br /&gt;1/4 de xícara de Açúcar ou Agave Líquido&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de Extrato de Baunilha&lt;br /&gt;Água quente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misture o cacau, o açúcar e a baunilha. Adicione água quente às colheradas até que a misture fique com a consistência desejada. Falo por experiência própria), a farinha, e misture até formar uma bola de massa fofa que não grude nos dedos. Se a massa estiver muuuuito grudenta, adicione mais farinha, 1 colher de sopa por vez. Passe sua futura Focacce para uma superfície lisa e enfarinhada e sove de 5 a 6 minutos, até a massa ficar suave e acetinada ao toque, sempre em uma bola, que ajuda a enclausurar o "ar" criado pelo fermento durante seu crescimento. Despeje um tiquinho de azeite na bacia original, adicione a massa sovada, e vire-a ao redor da bacia para ficar untada de tooodos os lados ;). Aqui achei uma que chama Mezzani)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bastante água fervendo em uma panela grande.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Modo de Preparo&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refogue a cebola no Azeite até começar a ficar transparente. Adicione todos os temperos com excessão do Óleo de Gergelim e o Shoyu e refogue até secar um pouco. Acrescente a Carne Vegetal. Mexa bem por 2 minutos. Adicione&amp;nbsp;o Óleo de Gergelim e o Shoyu. Mexendo sempre, despeje o Extrato de Tomate e em seguida, a água. Deixe reduzir em fogo brando por 10 minutos ou até ficar bem denso. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione os nhoques aos poucos e retire-os quando começarem a subir à superfície da água. Deixe lá, feliz, em fogo beeeeem baixo por cerca de 20 minutos ou até que o molho reduz pela metade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amasse os brócolis com um garfo, misture os temperos e tente não devorar a coisa como está.&amp;nbsp;Porque é delicioso! Enquanto derrete, retire o tofu da água, enrole-o em pano limpo e seco e esprema bem sem quebrá-lo, para tirar o máximo de água possível. Em seguida, coloque dentro do saco plástico e aperte com as mãos para que o tofu se quebre em pedaços médios e pequenos, como aquelas "migalhas" de ovos mexidos. Adicione todos os temperos de uma vez e mexa o saco para cobrir bem o tofu. Add all the seasonings at a time and mix them all by tapping the bag gently, moving the “insides”. Em uma tigela resfriada bata o "creme de coco" até ficar aerado e aumentar um pouco de tamanho, ou, ao encostar seu dedo na superfície, o creme fica e não escorre. (Dica: coloque uma bacia por baixo da tigela em que for bater o creme com água e gelo.)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quando estiver com uma boa textura, sempre batendo, adicione o creme de soja, o leite de soja em pó, o extrato de baunilha e por último, o açúcar, às colheradas. Blueberries! :D&lt;br /&gt;This tiny little lil’ blue fruits are known here in Brazil as “mirtilos” (and not actually known, if you know what I mean, since I could only find them in ONE supermarket!) and I L-O-V-E them! Particularly in preserves and baked in a pie or a beautiful streusel muffin! ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Again an extremely successful recipe, 100% Vegan - from the amazingly beautiful Naomi, my favorite Britain! (www .thegluttonousvegan.com) – and one of those easy and stick-to-your-ribs and turns instantaneously a lifelong favourite!&lt;br /&gt;Without any shade of doubt, this was the most AMAZING pie I ever had the chance to sink my greedy teeth on! ^-^&lt;br /&gt;But I had to add my personal touch for my fiancé to eat it pleasantly, once he’s not the biggest fan of blueberries: COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM!!!! (He loves vanilla, and coconut, so…) *SUPER WIN*! In addition to the wonderful contrast between the lovely purple with the perfect white, the texture is so velvet-y, the taste is absurdly yummy… But I still prefer without the cream, so, I’m able to taste these bloody fruits in complete splendor! *-*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And the best part of it (besides the flavor, obv.): I made it with whole meal flour, non hydrogenated margarine, without any salt and with diet sugar… So I didn’t have much trouble with my diet, I think! Hehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But now, featuring… The Vilain from this Story, but extremely Yummy:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coconut Whipped Cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What you’ll need:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;¾ Cup Coconut Milk&lt;br /&gt;¾ Cup Vegan Heavy Cream (As MimicCream)&lt;br /&gt;1/8 Cup Soy Creamer or Non Dairy Milk Powder&lt;br /&gt;¼ Cup Icing Sugar&lt;br /&gt;½ tsp. Vanilla Extract&lt;br /&gt;Electric Beaters&lt;br /&gt;Chilled Tin&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How To’s:&lt;br /&gt;Transfer coconut milk into a cup and place it in the coldest part of your fridge (but not in your freezer, ok?) and chill overnight before the day of your concoction. In a also chilled tin, beat the coconut “cream” until fluffy and light, or, if you’re as lazy as I am, and I don’t behave quite well, use your finger and test the texture, checking if the mix is sticky and don’t run off your finger. (Tip: Have a biggish tin at hand, with water and ice. Place under this one the previous tin. This way you keep the mix always chilled and improve the “creamyness” of it!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When the texture’s good, always beating, add the non-dairy milk, the vanilla extract, and spoon the icing sugar, one at a time. For example: this one which is a piece of cake, literally.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For this lovely rainbow-y lil’ stack we need just to bake one of our favorites cake recipes, except chocolate, because we need to dye it in 6 glowing colours, (no need of two blues, right?) and cocoa would interfere a LOT.&lt;br /&gt;Line some 9” round tins with greaseproof paper and place ¼ dyed cup of dough. We’ll bake 6 thin colourful spongy disks for about 5 minutes, cut with whatever cookie cutter that pleases you and then place them one colour at time with outstanding buttercream! Isn’t it awesome? Like a stack-y cupcake ;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seem perfect, doesn’t they?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The filling’s a basic rosewater buttercream! Simply divine!&lt;br /&gt;Here comes the recipe:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What you’ll need:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup Vegan Margarine, softened (room temperature)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk&lt;br /&gt;3 cups Confectioner’s or Icing Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 e 1/2 tsp. Aqui vocês podem encontrar demais receitas e muito bom e por vezes sarcástico humor: &lt;a href="http://www.theppk.com/blog/"&gt;http://www.theppk.com/blog/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;É praticamente impossível achar as receitas dos cupcakes na internet - uma vez que a americana lançou o livro e é super master conhecida no meio Vegan -  afinal, Moskowitz deve ter pedido pra galera segurar as receitas e não publicar de forma alguma.
